Can a Pregnant Woman Exercise?

Of course. As long as she has no problem and has discussed it with her ob/gyn.

One of the safe exercises for a pregnant woman is swimming.

Swimming keeps your body tone without weight and stress to your joints. When swimming you are raising your heart rate and enjoying a safe cardiovascular exercise that is not likely going to cause overheating.

So, moms-to-be, don't be afraid to exercise, especially to swim!
