How to Blog and Get Fit

No, I'm not suggesting you to browse for fitness sites or blogs.

I'm asking you to blog, simply blogging. And, get the benefit out of doing it.

For some people, blogging means sitting down in front of your computer, write or blogwalk. It can be more than those.

While typing for a post, lift your legs, both or one by one. Or, simply hold your stomach in while reading you blogging pals' posts.

So, isn't it simple to blog and get fit at the same time?
