Why would you spend time jogging?

There are many benefits out of jogging and running:
  • it's a good way to lose weight!
  • it helps fight disease.
  • it strengthens your heart and cardiovascular system.
  • it prevents muscle and bone loss
  • it reduces your stress

Can a Pregnant Woman Exercise?

Of course. As long as she has no problem and has discussed it with her ob/gyn.

One of the safe exercises for a pregnant woman is swimming.

Swimming keeps your body tone without weight and stress to your joints. When swimming you are raising your heart rate and enjoying a safe cardiovascular exercise that is not likely going to cause overheating.

So, moms-to-be, don't be afraid to exercise, especially to swim!

Have You Exercised Today?

If your answer happens to be "NO"...that's ok. You still have time 'til the end of the day. As long as you plan to do it, again, it's ok.

Exercise is important for any age at all. Young, old, all need to exercise.

Even just a little, you need it.

Don't use elevators. Use stairs!

Yes, that's healthy.
